Money and product refund policy
If you have not completed the order there is nothing to worry.
If the order has been completed you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and if it has not already been sent we will refund your money.
If the order has already been shipped you will wait to receive it and return it at your own expense. Once we receive the products and as long as they are not damaged you will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). If the items are damaged we will not be able to proceed with a refund.
Did you receive damaged items?
First of all, we are very sorry. We always make sure that the packaging of products is done with special care to avoid such cases. However, if this occurs you will need to photograph the damaged item(s) before removing them from the packaging box and send the photos to us at email@example.com. Upon completion of the process and after our message we will replace the item(s). You are simply charged the cost of the transport. Please note that the replacement of the item(s) may take up to 6 months due to workload.
