-You choose the item you like and add it to your cart.

-In some objects there is the possibility to choose the design, the shape or even the glazing. Once you have finished creating your own item you add it to your cart.

-As soon as the order is completed, you will be sent a message with your successful purchase. We then process your order. Once we have made your items and the order has been completed (it can take up to five weeks) you will be sent a new confirmation message.

-The items are then sent by post to your shipping address or are ready for collection from the store if you have chosen this shipping method.

-There are items that are special order only. In this case, contact us by email and we will inform you of the cost, the special features of the product as well as the delivery time.

-If you have seen an item you like but want it in a different design, you can always contact us by email and we will let you know if this is possible.. 


All items are handmade. They are made on the wheel and either painted or glazed. This means that they are all unique, many times they look the same but they are not, and the reason is that from start to finish they are made by hand. Even if I use the same glaze or the same color there will always be a small difference that will make them simply unique!

All items are handmade and unique. Many customers ask me how long it takes to build one of these. I can tell you that each one goes through my hands many times before you see it ready. On average I need 3-4 weeks.

If the items you have ordered are available your order will be shipped within the next 7 days. If the items need to be manufactured the order will be shipped within the next 4-5 weeks.

If you are in Greece the items arrive in 3-5 business days from the time they are posted. If you are abroad it takes 10-15 business days from the day they are mailed.

The shipping cost is related to your location and the weight of the package. When you place your order, the shipping cost will automatically be calculated.

Of course if you are in Nafplio you can pick them up at our store, 17 Vasilissis Olgas, Nafplio. In this case you must have paid for your order when submitting it.

If you have not completed the order you can do so at the same time.

If the order has been completed you can send an e-mail to and if it has not already been sent we will refund you the money.

If the order has already been shipped you will wait to receive it and return it at your own expense. Once we receive the products and as long as they are not damaged you will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). If the items are damaged we will not be able to proceed with a refund.

First of all, we are very sorry. We always make sure that the packaging of the products is done with special care to avoid such cases. But if this happens you will need to photograph the damaged item(s) before taking them out of the packaging box and send us the photos to Upon completion of the process and after a message from us, we replace the item(s). You are simply charged the cost of transportation. Please note that replacement of the item(s) may take up to 6 months due to workload.
